BAGGES SCP-1

BAGGES SCP-1 is a premium bakelite material consisting of sheets made of cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin. This gives the material impressive mechanical strength and outstanding resistance to impact and shock. With its low coefficient of friction, BAGGES SCP-1 reduces both wear and heat generation, making it ideal for demanding applications.

With a density of 1.35 g/cm³, flexural strength of 100 MPa, tensile strength of 80 MPa and compressive strength of 300 MPa, this material delivers reliable performance under demanding conditions. The electrical breakdown strength is 5 kV/25mm, and the comparative tracking index is 150 CTI, with a classification temperature of 120°C.
