KLINGER Piston valve KVN

Flanged or Threaded connection

Piston valves and globe valves appear to be similar, but have two different sealing principles. Klinger piston valve has a piston that slides through two graphite rings that make up the seal. Globe valves have a cone or flat seat that seals down to a seat area. KLINGER piston valve provides a soft sealing solution while globe valves provides metallic sealing. In this way Klinger KVN perform a tighter sealing and increased lifetime is achieved.
