Flowrox™ sleeve

Main spare parts for the pinch valves is the elastic rubber sleeve. It is the only valve part in contact with the process medium. Sleeve has a reinforced construction, making them the pressure-containing part of the valve. Advanced technology and over 40 years of experience results in a high quality sleeve that guarantee high wear and corrosion resistance, a trouble-free operation, and extended lifetime.

Flowrox rubber sleeves are handmade layer by layer in a quality process covered by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

Properties
  • Flexible
  • Self-cleaning
  • Reinforced construction build by several layers
  • Full bore
  • 100% tight
  • Only sleeve is in contact with media
  • To cover a wide range of applications, several rubber qualities are available

Applications
  • Excellent wear properties
  • High corrosion resistance
  • No turbulence
  • No scaling
  • Full bore
  • Open/ closed/ controling applications
  • Applications with frequent cycles

Technical data
  • Sizes from 25mm til 1000mm
  • Temperature -50°C to +160°C
  • Pressure class from vacuume to 100bar
