ARI-TEMPTROL TEMPERATURE REGULATOR

ARI TEMPTROL self operated temperature regulator valves. The valve functionality is to open or close the valve when the media temperature changes or to mix if it is used in combination with a 3-way form control valve.

The ARI temperature controller (TEMPTROL) works acc.to a principle of thermal expansion. The operation does not need extra energy (no auxilary power required), it is self acting. Changes in temperature leads to changes of the fluid volume in the capillary tube and the sensor system, which gives a certain stroke in the actuator onto the valve stem. The valve are working from a given set-point at the manual temperature sensor. The valve is not affected by the upstream (P1) or downstream pressure (P2), since it has a pressure balanced stainless steel bellow.

The ARI TEMPTROL valve is specified according to the different applications and given working conditions. The valve can be delivered in different material qualities, different sensors/temperature setting ranges, time constants, sensor pockets, length of capillary tubes and manual control devices. With flanges or threaded connections.

The valve can be used in many different areas, and each area require an own calculation.
