ARI-REYCO R full lift Full Nozzle safety valve for industrial applications. For steam, condensate, hot water, gases, and other process media.
Available in different materials, connections, and several options with bellow seal, soft-seating, balanced seat, stellite seat etc.
Acc. to API526, ASME Code section VIII-Division 1. UV-stamp, NB-stamp. Pressure classes ANSI 150-2500.

Body materials:
Carbon steel (body/bonnet SA 216 WCC, spring of Chrome alloy or Inconel), carbon steel (body/bonnet SA 217 WC6, spring of Inconel), stainless steel (body/bonnet SA 351 CF8M, spring SA313 Gr.316 or Inconel).
Metal-seats are standard.
Sizes (standard):
1″ x 2″ - 8″ x 10″, ANSI flanged connections.
Pressure classes: ANSI 150/150 up to 2500/300.
Options:
Lifting device, stainless steel bellow, stellited disc, soft seated Chemraz/Aflas/Fluoraz/Kalrez/Buna-N/EPR/Viton/Silicone O-ring, limit switch, drainport, heating jacket, screwed bonnet, springs in special materials, special flange drilling, impact testing, certificates and different approvals.
