Pinch Valves  are the ideal solution for abrasive, corrosive and fibrous media.  AKO air operated pinch valves are trouble free during operation in low pressure applications. The valve  type VF consist of 4 pieces. 2 Flanges, body and sleeve. The sleeve comes in a wide range of elastomer. Therefore, various lasting properties, areas of application and operating temperatures are possible. The valves are affordable and maintain high quality.

Supplying compressed air/fluid (minimum pressure difference 2 bar) into the casing/body of valve compresses the sleeve. The body's design guarantees that the sleeve can close freely to form a lip shape. This ensures that the product flow is completely sealed off tight and that the sleeve is guaranteed the longest service life at the same time. This closes the valve and completely seals off the flow of the product. The maximum operating pressure is dependent on the nominal diameter and is around 2-6 bar.
