GPT EVOLUTION FLANGE INSULATION

Evolution flange insulation set consists of a center gasket with 316L metal core which is applied with a self-developed insulating coating, as well as insulating sleeves in fiberglass and insulating discs in SS316 with DH coating.

The center gasket has a primary seal in Gylon 3500 (PTFE with silica) against the medium. Secondary seal is an Inconel 718 C-ring with the same coating as the center gasket.

Evolution has been tested exhaustively in sour media tests that have resulted in no permeability and no degradation which will meet the industry needs.

For temperatures between -50°C and + 200°C (standard version).

Evolution flange insulation set can be supplied for pressure class from vacuum and up to PN160 / 2500 #.

Evolution HT (High Temperature) can withstand up to + 260°C. HT uses mica as insulation material in sleeves and together with the insulation washers.
