KLINGER QUANTUM

KLINGER Quantum is a new developed gasket for use at higher temperatures than any other compressed fiber gasket. KLINGER has developed a new production method that makes it possible to use HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) as a binder. HNBR has very good chemical resistance and improved temperature resistance.

KLINGER® Quantum maintains its flexibility even at high temperatures, and it has a wider area of use than what is traditionally used for this type of material.

Usually, compressed fiber gaskets are limited to temperatures for continuous operation. They become brittle and can be quickly damaged due to the fluctuations in a system with varying temperatures and pressures.

KLINGER® Quantum is still flexible even after prolonged use at 350 ° C.
