BAGGES SPP

BAGGES SPP is a laminated bakelite sheet made from phenolic impregnated paper, known for its exceptional robustness and versatility as a construction material in a variety of applications. This bakelite is brown and glossy on both sides, which provides an aesthetically pleasing appearance while maintaining high functionality.

BAGGES SPP can be easily cut with a saw or processed in CNC-controlled machines, a service we also offer to our customers. This makes the material ideal for use in front panels, rail holders, plate enclosures, as well as partition and mounting plates.

Our products meet strict requirements and standards, including NEMA LI 1 X, IEC 60893 PF CP 201, DIN 7735 Hp 2061, BS 2572 P1, and RoHS II 2011/65/EU. With a specific gravity of 1.35 g/cm³, a bending strength of 135 MPa, a tensile strength of 120 MPa, and a compressive strength of 300 MPa, BAGGES SPP is a reliable choice for demanding applications. The electrical breakdown strength is 15 kV/25mm, and the creepage index is 120 CTI, ensuring high electrical insulation performance.
