BAGGES WAGMP

BAGGES WAGMP are glass-matt polyester insulation washers manufactured from BAGGES SGMP sheets, known for their excellent electrical and mechanical properties. These discs are ideal for use as electrical insulation and galvanic separation.

BAGGES SGMP from which the insulation washers are made are low-pressure laminated glass-matt polyester sheets that are red in colour. These sheets are known for their high strength, flame resistance and low smoke production, making them the industry standard choice for flame and arc resistant electrical insulation.

With a density of 1.80 g/cm³, flexural strength of 130 MPa, tensile strength of 70 MPa and compressive strength of 250 MPa, BAGGES WAGMP offers outstanding performance. They also have an electrical breakdown strength of 75 kV/25mm and a creepage index of 600 CTI, making them a reliable choice for demanding applications. The classification temperature is class F, which corresponds to 155°C.
