VIDAFLEX 942

Vidaflex 942 is a flexible sleeving constructed from braided E-type fibre glass yarn which is coated with a tough thermosetting acrylic resin.

VIDAFLEX 942 is commonly used for the insulation of internal wiring for a wide range of domestic and industrial electrical machines.

VIDAFLEX 942 insulating sleeve are compliant to the directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS).

VIDAFLEX 942 is classified for temperatures up to 155°C, but can withstand short-term temperature fluctuations up to 200°C.

Properties

The acrylic coating makes the sleeve flexible and resistant to wear and mechanical stress.

Applications

VIDAFLEX 942 exhibits a high degree of flexibility and abrasion resistance which makes it an ideal material for the protection and insulation of leads and wiring harness in household appliances, lamps and vehicles. VIDAFLEX 942 is commonly used for the insulation of internal wiring for a wide range of domestic and industrial electrical machines.
